When I first started with Sanders, I was your typical middle-aged Sales executive: overweight, at close 30% body fat, in poor physical condition, with terrible eating habits and rock- bottom energy levels. through sanders and his program, i have gone from a bloated 21 5 pounds to a cut 1 75. my energy levels are through the roof, and i can bench-press more than when i was in college. better yet, his program has given me a sense of inner confidence and well-being that truly has been live- altering. I am fortunate to be training with Sanders Alcide. Many years ago, I had a sports related injury that resulted in surgery to repair my knee. Sanders created a challenging and safe program that keeps me in great shape. I look forward to my workouts. He individualizes all his sessions with each one of his clients. His methods rely on integrated core training. I have been training for many years and have never been more impressed and satisfied with my results.

Sanders is a best trainer ever!! He really got me motivated and excited about working out which is just shy of a miracle : ) He was there every step dr the way. I was completely clueless about working out and eating right before. He taught everything and quick too. We were on a deadline… we only had 3 months to shape me up before my wedding and his plan worked : ) Not to toot my horn but i was looking great for my big day. Training with Sanders was never a chore, I looked forward to our sessions every time. I was able to archive my personal goals with him – to lose weight and become more tone and fit I have never felt healthier or stronger. He was able to push me to the point where I would have of never been able to do on my own. I would have given up too easily and not learned what my body was capable of handling. Sanders methods worked quick, and I was able to achieve muscular definition. He also taught me a program that I continue to do to this day. i highly recommend SANDERS as a personal trainer. I have been training with sanders for two years. I never thought i would say this, but, i really look forward to working out! His knowledge or physiology, anatomy, nutrition and exercise make him the perfect trainer for me. He accommodates the program to fit the individual and is always stressing form to avoid injury… I feel stronger, my body has changed and he even got me to do cardio!!!

If i did not have a family gym membership at my current facilities i would follow sanders to the end of the earth to train with him. He is a fabulous fitness trainer who was extremely patient with his clients and gave each of them the attention they needed.
